VillaHotels is a private, exclusive accommodation concept designed specifically for those who seek true tranquility, discretion, and a sophisticated environment—far from mass tourism—rather than a classic hotel experience.

The system is not available on public booking sites and is not intended for the general public. VillaHotels operates exclusively on a pre-applications and membership basis and is primarily available on the French and Italian Rivieras, as well as on the islands of Capri, Sardinia, Philippines, Maldives, and the Seychelles.

Our guests are mainly people who receive a lot of attention in their everyday lives – athletes, businesspeople, public figures, artists – but who prefer quieter, refined luxury and privacy when traveling.

Membership applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure that the VillaHotels community is made up of guests who are truly compatible with each other.

The annual membership fee for Gold membership is €199,000-

The annual membership fee for Silver membership is €119,000-

The annual membership fee for Bronze membership is €59,000-

The annual Gold membership is valid for a total of 99 nights, while the Silver membership is valid for 59 nights, and the Bronze membership is valid for 29 nights which members can use at any VillaHotel accommodation – in a suite or superior room, for two people. The stay at all villa accommodations includes all-inclusive services, in accordance with the standard of the accommodation.

If your applications is accepted, we will also send you a confirmation email with information on how to pay the membership fee.

The membership fee can be paid by credit card (debit or credit card) or bank transfer. We will send you the payment details by email once your applications has been accepted. Once we have received your payment, we will issue an invoice, which we will also send to you by email.

No, the annual membership is not automatically renewed. Before your membership expires, we will notify you by email about the possibility of renewal. If you wish to renew your membership, you can do so using the payment information provided in the email.

No. Membership is valid from January 1 to December 31 of each year. If you join during the year, your membership will be valid until 31 December.

Members and their guests must comply with the internal rules and guidelines of the respective VillaHotels location at all times. These ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay in a peaceful, discreet and high-quality environment. Detailed house rules will be provided prior to arrival or on site.

Bookings are made through the closed booking interface, which can be accessed HERE. To log in, use the email address you provided during applications and the unique ID you received upon acceptance. Then select the desired VillaHotels location and enter your arrival and departure dates. You can then send the booking request to us. We will confirm your booking within 48 hours, provided that there is availability at the given time.

Yes, the nights included in your membership can be transferred to other persons over the age of 18. However, in such cases, the member is responsible for the guest's behavior and accepts responsibility if the guest violates the VillaHotels rules or causes any problems during their stay.

Yes, the transfer is free in all cases. (Except for the Seychelles islands)

The all-inclusive package includes three meals a day, prepared from menus created by Michelin-starred chefs. Buffet meals, fresh fruit, sweets and sandwiches are available throughout the day. A wide selection of drinks is available without restriction, including the minibar and room service orders.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, suites and public areas to ensure a fresh and clean environment for all our guests. Violation of this rule may result in termination of membership.

Yes, we offer car rental through our partners, with different types and conditions depending on the location of the villa. Our wide selection includes premium and sports cars to give our guests an even more exclusive experience. For more information, please contact our concierge service.

All our guests are entitled to 50 km/day of free limousine service per day. Any distance exceeding this will be charged separately at the end of your stay.

No. VillaHotels are exclusively for guests over the age of 18, and our membership system is primarily for guests over the age of 30. This age restriction ensures a peaceful, quiet and refined atmosphere, which is the basis for true relaxation.

We only allow guests under the age of 18 to stay if the member books the entire villa for the given period.

Yes, it is possible to book an entire villa. In this case, each room is charged separately for each night of your stay. For example, if you rent a 5-room villa for 7 nights, 35 days will be deducted from your annual membership (7 nights × 5 rooms).

Yes, thanks to its exclusivity, the villa is the perfect venue for private celebrations, small weddings, engagements or business meetings. We will discuss the details with you personally.

Yes, on request we can arrange a private chef, wine tasting or themed dinner, either on the villa terrace or at a special location.

Yes, you can bring pets with you, but please keep in mind that there are other guests staying at the villa hotel, so only pets that do not disturb other guests are allowed. There is no extra charge for pets, except in the event of any damage.

If you cancel your booking at least 5 days before the current arrival date, we will not count it towards your annual accommodation usage. If this is not done, we will deduct the booked days from your annual booking allowance.

The villa is an ideal choice almost all year round thanks to the pleasant weather. We particularly recommend the period from spring to autumn, from March to October, when nature and the environment are at their best. In May and September, guests can enjoy the clearest light and the greatest tranquility. In autumn, lovers of gastronomic experiences can also look forward to special programs.

We provide guest reception and communication in several languages (English, Italian, German, French, Spanish) – with the comfort of our guests in mind.

Yes, we have close ties with renowned wineries and local artisans. Private tastings and gastronomic tours are available.

The annual membership fee includes a 99, 59 or 29 -night stay with all-inclusive service, but certain services may incur additional costs. These mainly relate to comfort and extra services that go beyond the basic package.

All-inclusive accommodation includes basic consumption from the minibar and room service, but extra orders may incur additional costs. If you would like to order drinks that are not available at VillaHotel, we will be happy to procure them for you. However, these orders are subject to a surcharge in all cases.

No, it is not possible to book a private chef at VillaHotels. The three daily meals are always prepared by the villa's own Michelin-starred chef or the designated kitchen team as part of the all-inclusive package. This guarantees consistent quality, exclusive menus and a consistent gastronomic experience for all guests.

Yes. Before your stay, we always give you the opportunity to indicate your dietary preferences or any food intolerances.
